Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or scheduling a service with I Hang Flatscreens, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

I Hang Flatscreens provides professional TV mounting, wire concealment, soundbar and speaker installation, above-fireplace mounts, outdoor TV installation, and large-format (85 inch+) TV mounting services in Colorado Springs and surrounding communities. All services are performed by a fully insured professional.

Final pricing is based on job complexity, TV size, wall type, and any additional services requested. Pricing will be confirmed prior to work beginning.

Scheduling and Appointments

Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee an appointment. We will contact you to confirm availability and schedule your installation.

We ask that you provide reasonable access to the installation area and that the space be reasonably clear and ready for work. Delays caused by inaccessible areas or unprepared spaces may result in rescheduling.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling a service, you confirm that:

• You are the property owner or have authorization to have work performed at the location
• You understand that TV mounting involves drilling into walls and accept the associated minor wall penetrations
• You have disclosed any known hazards in the walls, including unusual wiring, plumbing, or structural conditions
• You understand that existing wall conditions, including non-standard construction, may affect the installation

Limitation of Liability

I Hang Flatscreens is fully insured. In the event of damage caused directly by our work, we will work in good faith to address the issue promptly.

We are not responsible for pre-existing wall conditions, concealed wiring or plumbing not disclosed prior to work, or damage resulting from customer-provided mounting hardware that is incompatible with the TV or wall type.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. If a mount fails due to our installation within 30 days of service, we will return and correct the issue at no charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by customer modifications, misuse, or acts outside our control.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service completion. We accept cash, Venmo, and major credit cards. Returned payments may be subject to a fee.

SMS Terms

Program name: I Hang Flatscreens Text Messaging.

What you'll get: If you opt in on our booking form, I Hang Flatscreens may text you about your appointment, including booking confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and follow-ups. If you check the separate marketing box, you may also receive promotional offers and discounts. Opting in is optional and is not required to book a service.

Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to text messages from I Hang Flatscreens.

Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in El Paso County, Colorado.
